Logging in is easy! Open the EquiMe app, enter your phone number, and we'll send you a verification code via SMS. Enter the code, and you're all set!
Adding a new horse to your EquiMe profile is easy! If you're new, start by subscribing to EquiMe Premium. Then, click the "+" sign on your profile home page, fill in your horse's details, and hit "Create."
Sharing your horse's profile is simple! Tap the share icon on the profile screen to generate a link. Share this link with your team so they can add updates and leave comments. You can also invite team members directly from the Team tab by entering their details and sending them an invite.
To invite team members to your horse's profile, head to the Horse Team tab and click "Add Contact." Enter their details, and we'll generate a link for you to share. Once they join, they'll be part of your team!
If the EquiMe app is loading slowly, first check your internet connection to make sure it's stable. Your device's speed can also impact loading times. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to remove old data. If the issue persists, it might be a temporary server problem—feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
