How do I login?

When you visit our app for the first time, you will be prompted with the login screen. Logging in is simply inputting your telephone number and entering the verification code sent via SMS Text.
How do I add Team Members to my Horse?

From your horse profile, click on the Horse Team tab and "Add Contact" Fill in their information and you can share them the generated link to get invited.
How do I share my horse profile?

From your horse profile screen, simply click the share icon and it will generate a link that you can send to your contact. <Insert picture> Users accessing this link will be able to add updates to your horse and leave comments. You can also add members to your Horse's Team: Navigate to your horse profile and choose the Team tab When you add your contact, you can enter their name, phone number, email, and assign them a role on your team, and invite the user to EquiMe. Using this generated link, the user in EquiMe will be able to see your horse in their profile screen for easy access. <Insert Picture>
Why is my browser taking a long time in opening app.equime.io?

There could be several reasons why your browser is taking a long time to open app.equime.io. Firstly, check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and has enough bandwidth to support the app. Additionally, the speed and performance of your device may also impact the loading time. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes improve loading times by removing old or corrupt data that may be slowing down the process. It's also possible that there may be a temporary issue with the app's servers or network, causing delays in loading. If the problem persists, reaching out to our customer support team for further assistance and troubleshooting is recommended.
How do I add a Horse to my Profile?

If you are a new user, you will need to subscribe to EquiMe Premium to be able to add a horse. Click on the "+" sign in your profile home page 2. Fill in your horse's information and click "Create"
